Common Carriers
Most consumers are unfamiliar with the process of receiving shipments from common carriers. To ensure immediate enjoyment of our products, here are a few guidelines to follow.
When the carrier arrives you will have to:
Sign a receiving bill – also known as a Bill of Lading. This serves as documentation that the order has been received. This also serves as notice that the shipment has arrived complete and in good condition. It is your responsibility to take notice of any damage to the packaging however obvious or minor and document that on your receiving bill. The receiving bill also indicates how many pieces you will be receiving. Make sure you have the same number of items listed on that bill. If you do not have a matching count, this must be documented on the receiving bill. Packing lists are attached to every shipment.
If freight damage is apparent, you must open the packaging in the presence of the carrier to examine the product. If you find that the product is damaged, this is the time at which you can refuse your shipment. Consumers have the right to refuse damaged shipments! When you refuse your shipment you must notify the company from which you originally placed your order.
All orders insured
for $500 or more WILL require a Signature. There is no way around
this, as this is a FedEx Policy, so please do not email us, asking
Shipping Company to leave package without signature if your package is
insured for $500 or more. Thank you for your cooperation.

INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN SHIPPING COST TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK DUE TO
DAMAGED SHIPPED GOODS AT THE FAULT OF THE SHIPPING COMPANY. You
should contact the shipping company on your shipping label (or contact
us) for the shipping company information to file a claim and get your
money back. This is your responsibility; and not that of our
company. To replace the cost of damaged items, filing a claim with
the shipping company is something
YOU MUST
do. You can repurchase your items with us and file a claim to
recoup your monies of the previous items.
This policy is strictly
enforced.
You
must contact us prior to returning (within 14 days)
for an APPROVED RGA number and IF approved, there is a
25% restocking fee for approved returns.
Shipping and handling
are not refundable.
Custom made products such as Spa Covers are NOT
returnable except for damaged covers and must be within 72 hours of receipt
due to damage. Must contact us within 72
hours of receiving product that you are claiming damage on. We
highly suggest you open box and inspect cover while shipping company is
still there to inspect for any damage before you sign for
delivery.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS or

ELECTRICAL PART....(Pumps, topsides, heating elements, spa paks
etc....)

of stock when ordered, customer will be notified and told the
approximate time for product to be in stock, providing it is still
available and given the choice to 1.) hold order until in, 2.) replacement given
(if available) or 3.) cancel order.
